The clock stays paused while you read the welcome and the brief.

The simulation, mid-run.

What it tests

Judgement: reading a brief, putting actions in order against it, and choosing how to respond to teammates, farmers, residents and a water company when the options pull in different directions.

How it runs

  1. 1

    5 priority rankings

Put four actions in order of priority against the brief. Drag them, or move them with the arrows.
  2. 2

    8 courses of action

Read what has changed, then choose one of two or three responses, each with the words you would use.
  3. 3

    4 team briefings

New facts between decisions. Later decisions depend on them, and the brief stays one click away.

How it is scored

Each decision is worth 4 points. A ranking loses one point for every two places its actions sit from the stronger order. A course of action earns full credit for the strongest response and half for a defensible one. You finish with an overall score, a profile across four competencies and a review of every decision.
